The location of this hotel couldn't be better - right on the side of the river with stunning views of the Rhine. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that the hotel also offers free underground parking, which made it very convenient for us. Additionally, the hotel is close to the main street of the town where you can find shops, bars, and even a sealife centre.

All went smoothly for us, no improvements needed.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and basic amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Claudia, who went above and beyond to assist guests. The location is picturesque, with the hotel situated along the Rhine river, offering beautiful views. The breakfast provided is plentiful and well-presented, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

Location and parking.

Although the building is located on the Rhine the entrance is at the rear and no rooms have windows directly overlooking the river.

Staff + Breakfast was very good. New room (62) was large and looked luxurious. Excellent value, I would return/stay again.

Taxi could not find hotel - it is poorly sign posted despite receptionist insisting otherwise. Street address faces river but signs not visable (entrance from rear). New room 99.9% finished. I was on business trip. Long day. Room was in seperate building ~100meters walk away. No phone or onsite staff, flatscreen TV had no antenna, no wifi or radio, room was chilly so I went straight to bed (and slept very comfortably in king size bed). I would use this hotel again so my discomfort was slight/acceptable.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location along the beautiful Rhein river was superb and also made it easy to access. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, giving me a homely feel. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options and well presented. The availability of good coffee from the coffee machine was an added bonus.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! the location right by the river was absolutely stunning. We had a room with a view of the Rhine and it was breathtaking. The staff were so friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family like ours with two small children. And let's not forget about the breakfast - delicious! We had a great start to our day with a variety of options to choose from. this hotel offered great value for money with its attention to detail and amazing location.

Rooms are not well sound-proofed. Outside noise is not a problem, but you can hear the neighboring rooms.

The view of the river and the town were nice and the breakfast was decent. It was fun to explore the surrounding area for Easter eggs.

The rooms were dirty and outdated, with uncomfortable beds and a musty smell. The staff was unhelpful and uncaring, and the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent.

Good Location and Comfortable Bed

The hotel had a good location and was easy to access. It was close to public transport and there were a few amenities nearby. The bed was also comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. the internet connection was strong and stable.

The hotel was extremely outdated and in poor condition. The carpets were dirty and the furniture was old and worn out.

Located near an underground park, this hotel is situated in a location with clean and fresh air. it is only a short distance away from the lovely King Winters area. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful with a great breakfast spread to start the day. The rooms are excellently maintained and clean and have a stunning view of the mountain.

The hotel needs renovations to align with modern standards.
